The pitcher collects the juice, then detaches from the juicer for serving. The juicer includes a fun recipe book with tips for running your own lemonade stand. It also includes 2 sizes of reamers for small to large citrus fruits. Simply select the best reamer size for your fruit, turn the dial to select pulp level, and push down to juice. Release pressure to stop. The juicer automatically reverses when needed for maximum juice extraction
