It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non stick coating, sandblasted to its surface for better adhesion. Thanks to its loose base and fluted edges, you can always expect presentable results too. Cook your favourite savoury quiches or fruit tarts, then simply push up from the base of the mould to release the bake in one neat piece. It helps prevent crumbled edges and ruined bakes, and is much easier than struggling with a spatula. This round fluted tart tin measures 25 cm (10 Inch) in diameter, and is dishwasher safe. Like all of MasterClass’s tart tins, it’s also 100% BPA, PFOA and PTFE free.
